I personally own this CB shine and the experience was fabulous, I mean this bike is extremely comfortable for commuting in the city, even on rough roads it tackles the bumps pretty well, thanks to its softer suspension setup. The overall performance of the bike is pretty good considering other 125 cc bikes, it has a good mid-range performance.
Talking about mileage, it advances with good mileage. Keep it up Honda.
