I was not happy with bajaj's engine (owned pulsar 150) because it started giving issues at 60000 kms, whereas engine for my hornet broke down at 30k itself. It shuts down on its own.
My warranty was also rejected because they say I missed a service. Actually what happened is that I went timely (every 6000kms), but in one of the servies the data entry guy might have missed to enter oil change, hence they said that they do not consider that as general service. Even if I have record of timely visit I have been informed that timely service was not done..now I am stuck with a broken engine.
Mileage is also not that good . I get 41-42. On highway if I drive above 80 mileage drops to 25-30.
