My favourite scooter. Review on Honda Activa

Honda Activa, without any doubt is the highest selling gearless scooter in the nation.

I had bought this scooter in 2011 and its still working like a pro. I simply love this scooter. There are many reasons why.

It is probably the most powerful gearless scooter you can buy. At least in 2011, it was. It has lots of space. It can easily accomodate 3 people weighing up to 60 kg. Thats 180 kg which is the maximum load it can carry. Underneath the seat, there is a compartment to keep your helmet. It came preloaded with some tools that can come in handy.

I had bought the top model of this scooter that costed me 55k. It has silver grills all around the body to protect it from accidental damage. Plus a locking box in the front to store your goods. I also got a helmet, and a tool kit. In my opinion, this scooter is a perfect value for money.

In my life I have driven several scooters like Hero Maestro, and Honda Avaiator but none of them were as good as this.

It has a fast acceleration and also a combi brake system, which automatically applies brales to both the tyres when you pull the back brakes. It was a new feature introduced to only Activa when I bought this. These features provide you the best driving experience compared to any other scooter.

Although the new Activa 125 now has a slightly improved engine but it falls short on space. For the same reason, the Activa 110 continues to remain on the top of my list.

The only problem I see with this scooter is the mileage. It provides mileage from 30-35 kms, which is like half of what the bikes costing the same provides. However, it is not justified to compare a gear bike with a gearless scooter. Though it runs less, it keeps you free from the gear thing. So, driving is a pleasure.

Overall, I like this scooter and I will suggest you to buy this if you are looking for one.
