My dad has bought an activa 1 year back. It was a nice scooter on initial rides till 8 months but later it began giving tough rides. Im not saying honda is poor in terms of perfomance but making this product so called activa. Is there one of the failure story. In short. Let me explain. Some demerits.
Most importantly shocker are too poor in quality I use to change shocker bush in every 3-4 weeks but still its make so much noise in road bumps it irritates alot. And once I thought handling in activa is quite nice but after riding my freinds maestro and jupiter. I realized I was riding the worst ever scooter since yet. Initially mileage was good near about 40 but now its getting too high on pockets its throwing 30 in city. Too bad.
If you really want to enjoy scooter experience you should go with tvs jupiter.
