I bought Honda Activa 3G on June 23, 2015 but my decision proved to be wrong. The model had fork alignment issues from the very beginning but realised when my son fell down last month and the service station confirmed the alignment defect.
To my surprise, I was informed by the service station that they had no spares and there is a long queue for fork replacements. I waited a month expecting the part soon and then filed a complaint with their Customer Care on Oct 3, 2015. Then came to know that Honda had recalled all forks from spares due to the defect but continues to sell defective scooters with the same part. Bad quality and policy from a reputed company. It has been just 3 months of purchase and I am already regretting my decision.
My Activa was repaired on Oct 14, 2015 but my trust is shaken. My advice to all - DO NOT BUY Honda Activa models without checking its fork and spares availability.
