Mansoor. Review on Honda Activa

I am 28 year old and have the experience of Bikes from about 15 years. I have used most of the bikes available in India. I basically travel thought out the city and outskirts and have come across all soughts of roads. I was using Kinetic Honda with good spacious Foot board with the dicky. Was very much satisfied with Kinetic Honda even to carry some laguage. But later Honda Activa attracted me, so I approached a dealer who promised to deliver the scooter in 15 days, but...............................................it took nearly 2 Months................ At last I got my bike and and was very happy with smoothness of the 4 Stroke engine..... and filled my tank (4.8 Ltrs) firstday itself and noted down the meter reading...As this is a 4 stroke Vehicle I was expecting more mileage than Kinetic Honda. so from next day onwards my Fuel guage start to come down. But exactly after 4 days my tank was exhausted and I had used bike only for 185 KMS (Avg 38 KMS). I was extremely unsatisfied with the Mileage. But as I got to know the Bike now after 5 months, I am able to get a avg of about 42 Kms/Ltr. Now let us look at Power of the Bike 102 CC with 1.8 BHP, sounds more than Kinetic Honda. Suggestion : Please do not start to overtake the HTVs if you and HTV are at 40 KMS/Hr of speed (I.E, If U and HTV are at 40 KM/Hr do not raise the throtle to overtake the HTV) as this bike will not give the expected power to overtake. And everything else is good. Over all a Good Family Scooter...........Cheers
