Honda Activa: Pathetic Customer Service. Review on Honda Activa

Honda seems to be offering worst customer service in India. You can't contact the Company through their website, the page simply does not work and all their Phone numbers for Gurgoan are unreachable.

Here is my complaint, that I want to register with the Company but they do not publish email contact details. Absolute zero customer service!

Dear Honda Team,

This is with reference to my purchase of a new Honda Activa SCV110B, Frame No. ME4JC448HB8421129 dated 16th August 2011 from J. B. Honda's sub dealer Federal Motors at Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Within 24 hours of my purchase I noticed that the headlight, tail light and metre lights were not working. Despite repeated bulb replacements, bulbs get fused. I informed your dealer about the defect over the Phone and dealer advised me to visit the workshop at my convenience.

I visited Federal Motors workshop on 27th August and despite spending more than 3 hours, the problem could not be fixed and they advised me to visit J. B. Motors workshop.

On 28th August, I visited J. B. Motors workshop and spent more than 5 hours at the workshop but the problem could not be fixed.

I therefore request you to replace the faulty scooter and provide me a defect free scooter as I have paid money for a defect free product. The scooter has been dismantled multiple times and I am heavily dissatisfied with the product. I have now left the scooter at J. B. Motors workshop and expect an earliest replacement.
