Honda activa? is it worth the trouble?. Review on Honda Activa

I'm considering to buy a Honda Activa this month. I want to know if buying this vehicle is worth the trouble or is it asking for trouble.

I live in indiranagar, bangalore and the nearest Activa showroom is the Haiku Honda on Airport Road. Has anyone bought a activa from this showroom? What was the price and how is the after sales of this particular dealer?

I read in some reviews here that the clutch plates of the vehicle go bad after a year or so of usage. I also have one colleague of mine, whose got a similar problem and he's vehicle is about 2.5yrs old (I guess). Is this something common in other similar category of vehicles?

Currently, I'm tilting towards Activa but I would also be happy if you can suggest me vehicles other than activa that I should consider? Could anyone also let me know the good dealers(esp the ones who offer good after-sales) in bangalore for these vehicles.

Any information that a new buyer, like me, should be aware of about this vehcile, pls do let me know ASAP.

I booked my honda @ Haiku Honda, Airport Road, Bangalore on 8th May. Probably might get the vehicle this week. How looong do they generally take to deliver the vehicle from the day you make the booking?
