Not good bike. Review on Honda Activa 5G

Good evening friends I am expressing my experience with Honda Activa 5G. I have bought this Activa 5G on 2018 jul since then I am having a very bad experience with its startup. everyday whenever I try to search start it does not respond a one with chock on. service centre guys told me to kick start with chock on for first time in a day but it starts with 10 to 12 kicks and not in 1 to 2. then try to fool me every time I complain them but in vain. my friends and relatives also have old Activa but they never had this type of problems. this is very distinguishing and annoying thing. I have stop going to my work place on this bike and again started travelling in bus since every morning and evening time whenever I had to start it takes hell of a Time. please suggest what can be done. there is manufacturing defect and Honda should take it off from market, it's my suggestion also. thanks
