I want to raise a complaint with FabFurnish.com? team regarding the faulty product delivered. It is a side table with LED lighting and during the delivery/assembly of the same by your people the product was damaged. They cut the LED lighting strip, causing it to not work and damaged the bottom drawer while trying to fix it into the main body.
Also no plug was provided with the lighting fixture. I had immediately called the customer support team and spoke with your representatives Manisha and Sarika and even made them speak to the delivery guys regarding the issues in the product. I was assured by them that a technician would be sent to our place in order to fix the issues in 24hrs.
However, a day later we got a call from Shikha Katiyar who was handling our case saying that FabFurnish? cannot provide any technician and the only resolution they can give is to return the product and get a complete refund. Also the way she spoke it seemed like we cannot distinguish between a scratch and a crack. Are customers fools that they don't know what is a crack? I mean seriously? This is how Fabfurnish deals with problems? Return & Refund! Firstly, product damaged by their delivery & assembly guys and secondly wrong info provided by their representatives and the resolution is just RETURN. Not even a replacement! Horrified by their service. Please do not keep damaged stuff when you are running discount offers as this only spoils your reputation.
Further I noticed that negative posts seem to get deleted from this site, so for future references I am keeping a screenshot of this post! Lot of other online portals are their nowadayas and I am pretty sure from next time I will think twice before placing any order with Fabfurnish.
