Had ordered a futon from fabfurnish which was delivered in a defective condition. Had complained over the phone and had mailed the pictures of the defective piece to care@fabfurnish.com. Nobody contacted and had to keep on calling them again and again
After which got a replacement of the single futon which went down as soon as it was set up by their assembler/ carpenter. Whoever would have tried to sit or lie down on it would have definitely got hurt. IMAGINE I PAID THEM ?12, 748 TO HARM MYSELF.
They did not even bother to check the piece before sending the replacement. This shows how much they care about the customer. Have requested for a credit note and they said they will cut ? 500 as handling charges. In fact I should be going to the consumer court and demand compensation for the harassment been suffered by me. Their policy seems to be that take the money from the customer and then dump whatever trash they have and then begins the nightmare of trying to contact them. SEEMS THEY DON'T CARE!
