I moved from uk to india and placed the order on first week of june so that product would be in place buy the time. Ordered a bed .
It did't come in time so we asked for cancellation. Then call started to come wait for 1 day and one week passed, they were reluctant to cancel. Then intiated the cancellation, then call everyday, no one will resolve. Then RECEIVED A mail that they were unable to contact you please update THE PHONE NO. It is a headache everyday calling them, they still have the 20, 000 of my money. No one will resolve anything. Just false promise.
The sad part is they don't answer the question, talk like senseless people. I was planning to order all my furniture from them. Three of my friend who moved with me to bangalore was about to order and we have stop them.
I don't no what to do, where to ask for help. It just hitting your head against the wall. I am based in bangalore can anyone tell me what to do with these people.
