Leather recliner damaged in less than a year

This is to bring to your notice that, we had bought a leather recliner set from Fabfurnish in May 2015, Fab Home Maddox Recliner Set Grey Sofa Set(3+1+1)(FA402FU19WYYINDFUR-271538) - Price 91, 999


It was claimed to be leather on the exposed portions.


However in less than a year time, we noticed that the shape is distorted and the leather is peeling off, when contacted Fabfurnish, they said nothing can be done as it is normal usage.


Please mind that the product comes with 2 years warranty which covers manufacturing defects and wear and tear. This is ridiculous isn't it?


We wish we were wise enough to buy this from a showroom where we could have walked in and asked for a service rather than this disappointment from online shopping.


We regret trusting this brand and investing in major household items from this site. They are too insensitive to customer issues whereas they went to great extent explaining the product quality while buying it over calls.


I am writing this review just to help others to take wise decisions while making purchases from Online sites like Fabfurnish.
