I purchased a sofa set, two wooden beds, side tables for beds, TV unit, dining table and some other stuffs from your bellandur outlet, outer ring road, Bangalore and ordered two chest and some more items in November 2013. Got few items delivered in 10-15 days and chest is yet to come even after 5 months.
First I would like to bring to your notice a few things-
- I paid more than 3 lakhs for all items and had the worst experience of my life. All items are of very average quality. The wooden bed got problem with in one week. Complained but even after one visit nothing much done. Recliner sofa the most expensive one at your stores was the worst pick.
Its a Chinese or Malaysian product which you are trying to sell and fool the customers in India, like me. The most expensive at your stores was the worst I picked. When I complained to your store than the guy at store accepted and told me that all customer have faced same problem with recliner sofa, and it came from Malaysia.
He promised me to replace with a new stock and after 2.5 months it got replaced but with the same type fake Malaysian cheap product again. With in a month the same problem have surfaced to my recliner sofa again but this time I do not want to complaint as your company doesn't knows any thing about quality so it is no use to get it replaced by another cheap, fake Chinese product by your company.
Ordered items have not been delivered even after 5 months and still no answer form your stores. Even I didn't checked with your store as now I have lost my interest in the product. I hope it gets delivered someday.
Dining Tables was Indian made but very bad workmanship on the products. There are gaps in joints which has given a crack appearance now with in 3 months.
Most of the Fabfurnish products are cheap picks by company and being sold at very higher price just to cheat customer on name of brand.
None of the bad feedback's are put on your site as its your control over it and why you will put bad experiences of customers there. I got fooled by those reviews but when I checked it on other sites than I came across a lot of negative & bad feedback about your products & services.
But before entering your stores I failed to check across net and got cheated by Fabfurnish for my 3+ lakh rupees. Now on I will take extra initiative to save other customers getting fooled by those nice feedback's on your site, Will put across net my experience and try making people aware of the reality of FabFurnish.
- Your staff is unqualified and they have no knowledge of products or they not even enough trained for basic customer services.
I have no hope of any recovery from Fab furnish but I am sure that I have lost my money on bad purchases. I know you will not put any bad feedback on your site also.
So I have decided that I will share my experience about Fabfurnish across all platforms on net and try to save others from going through the same experience that I have gone.
Only one advise: DO NOT CHEAT PEOPLE ON QUALITY AND CHEAP STUFF WHAT YOU PICK FROM HERE & THERE.
