I ordered a king size bed from FabFurnish, delivery was pretty quick but after several reminders assembly took almost 10 days. They sent only 1 lean guy to assemble who took almost 6 hrs to assemble the product. The product quality is so pathetic that after putting mattress it starts making weird noises.
It's been now almost 15days that I'm following up with the call centre n e-mail but all efforts on vain. On top of it when you ask for a refund they say they don't have a refund policy for furniture Max what they can do is repair. Even for that I'm struggling since 10 days.
Madhurika I just wish that it ends! But its a never ending loop that I'm into. Good part is they have agreed to replace the product.
Sad part is that I've ordered a new product by paying 7k extra for difference, for which I'm struggling since 1month n have no clue what is it stuck for. I don't know about others but this would be my 1st n last purchase from FabFurnish.
Neither these ppl are refunding the money nor they are dispatching the new product.
