Again facing problem in Fabfurnish.I ordered a bed on 25th June. Order Id-204957546.Till date I did not receive the bed and there is no communication . As it was taking more time, I had to purchase a bed from local shop. So, I do not need the product any more and I cannot take the delivery.


Apart from that, I earlier also I ordered same product - order no-209272332.Within one month of normal use, the particle board of the bed is cracked. It happened just next day of placing the second order.


So, the quality of product is also very bad .Because of the above mentioned two reason, I do not want the new product and want to cancel the order.But fabfurnish is forcing to take the delivery . It has a "NO Questioned ASKED return policy ". But Fabfurnish is master of cheating and bad practice. In term and conditions it is mentioned that this is not applicable for furniture and mattress .


It is VERY FUNNY as Fabfurnish mainly sells furniture only. In very big letter everywhere it mentions that they have "NO QUESTIONE ASKED RETURN POLICY ". Inside the terms and conditions, they have written that it is not applicable for furniture .


So, it looks like Fabfurish is master of cheating .


I am going to raise a transaction dispute to my credit card for the second order if they are not cancelling the order and refund my money.


I advice please be-aware of Fabfurnish.

Three working days are over I requested to assemble the product.


I was told by FabFurnish team that it will take maximum three working days to assemble it. THIS IS COMPLETELY A FALSE STATEMENT.  I called three times to send person to assemble it.Nobody came to assemble the bed.


Now again I am calling the call center and I am getting different statement - There is no deadline for assembling any product. It may get delayed .But before purchasing the product, they committed to assemble it by 3 days after delivery.I am going to raise a transaction dispute against fabfurnish.com to my credit card issuing bank.


So, please be aware of fabfurnish.com
