Started with an order for bath towels. Received it & realized that the quality was really cheap. Complained & promptly received a coupon for same amount, which was great. Ordered a cake stand. Recieved & opened it to see that it was broken & smashed beyond recognition. Again called & complained & was again offered another coupon.


On using this, there was a deficit of 109 Rs. which I debited from my account. Fabfurnish said that the amount was not received but my bank statement clearly shows that the transaction went through & in the name of fabfurnish. This is still going on & I receive a call from customer care now & then asking the same details & giving me the same answers. Not worth the effort by any means, might as well go to a shop & buy the product.
