Good quality; extremely poor customer care. Review on Hometown, Hyderabad

Definitely it is not a review but it is a complaint regarding the modular kitchen

I have ordered modular kitchen in the month of march last week at hyderabd home town and material supplied in the last week of may. Their technicians came after a week to assemble the same. There was corner shutters mismatch for which they took two months to get the same. Even i need to contact bombay smt jayanthi to get the shutters. The shutters were fitted but scuttling was not completed till date.

But i find thetechnicians are not at all trained to assemble the same.the most irresponsible and inefficient technicians are working with your organisation.they do not how to use the spares (like screws, brackets etc) supplied along with the order and also they do not use the screw driver for fitting the screws and they use the drilling machine for their comfort which may not have a perfect hold. **they have not finished the work till date even after making lot many calls.

The second. Thing what i find is the most irresponsible persons are working at hyderabad hometown. Even after making number are calls they say the concerned persons is not available. I tried to contact mr shekar , mr saleem and also kum sravanthi. But always i find the answer stating that either they are on leave or they went to ground floor. But recently when i spoke to your home town one mr chiranjeevi has attended my call and said that he will inform mr shekar about my pending job and ask him to contact me. .again after a week i called them once again and same person mr chiranjeevi attended my phone call and said that he has conveyed my message to mr shekar and once again he has promised me that he will remind and also inform mr shekar to contact me. But as there is no response even after three days hence **i am forced to complain in this review as there is no provision to make a complaint against the services as a customer.

if the services are so bad at the installation it self what type of services will you render in the course of warranty period. Selling the product is not a great thing but servicing and the customer satisfaction is most important for any organisation.

Finally i would like to know**is there any responsible person to attend my complaint and ensure that the pending job finishes with in a week as i have registered at mouthshut.com as urkp.
