Not to good for shopping. Review on Homeshop18

I have bad experience with this website while I made order with it. The delivery of this wrbsite is too slow it shows 7 days delivry and take 15 days to one month. One time I order cell phone by this website which is of micromax comapny. I saw its features on tv advertisement made by home shop18. Which is showing good and quality one bt after 23 days when phone arrived dilovery person use to show attitude and told me I have more work u just give me money and if any problem occurs you go n contact with costomer care number which always shows busy or engage. When I opend parcel they quality which shown in an advertisement is totaly diffrent and bad too. It have low britness slow working. It seems like I am using a second hand phone which already in use from past 3 to 4 years. When I call for returns they told me u send me your phone if have any problem in phone then we will see and refund you if really problem occurs. And we are sending that parsell to them they are not giving any proff At all. After 8 days phone atomatically get off and we didnt get any money at all. Bad experience with this website.
