Order No: 937936709:With great expectations and joy I had placed the order for the ambika vivanta pack of jewellery sets only to find out that the mantra of Homeshop 18 is "Apna kaam banta, bhaand mei jaye janta".It baffles me to think, how come you pack a product for delivery when it is broken into two pieces and the colour is coming out.You trap the customer by showing heavy discount and send them defective product thinking they are fools?


I received the order on 24 th Jan 2014, and I called the customer care immediately. At that point of time they said reverse pick up is not possible and I have to courier it back to them. My problem is I had thrown away the box in which the jewelry came and now no courier person is willing to take the jewelry without the box. So next time when I call up the customer care to explain my problem, a certain "Mam Attitude" tells me I got to pack the product the same way as was delivered and only then reverse pick up will be arranged for me. She was not ready to understand the problem I was facing and repeating her mugged up lines for which she is trained. Just horrible.


Never place an order with Home shop again.
