Product: BP meter, Glucometer
Issue 1: BP monitor has a large variation in reading .
Issue 2: BP monitor not provided with Adapter (6 volts), it was not mentioned in TV commercial.
Issue 2: It was not mentioned in TV ads that Glucometer will not be provided with the Strips, it was not mentioned in the TV commercial. Now they are selling strips at such high rates, as per the ads it was demonstrated with the strips should be available with the pack also .
So they are big frauds "just trying to display as many things as possible."
And after sale support is miserable!
Mailed them but no response yet .
Called them but that guy, told to mail! :) (stupid)!
