I have placed order of 2 purses on 8th december. They ship my item within 3 days. But when I got the product that was not of that what I have ordered. So, i send back to them at same day. After a 1 month even I didnt get my original product. For that only I called up 50 times and of course its STD calls. So, I lost my 500 rs behind this.
Still they haven't got my original refund and I have register complaint against "homeshop18" at "Consumer forum" and I will fight for it and will get my refund as well as my compensation also.... will take minimum 10, 000 rs for my mental harassment... Will sue you homeshop... just wait and watch....
