I bought a product online from Homehsop18, but the product delievered to me was faulty. I mde a complaint regarding the same with HS18 staff and everyday I got a new response from the Customer service team. Disappointed with the inconsistent responses from the staff, I mailed their CEO Mr Sundeep Malhotra, but he too did not bother to respond to any of my mails.
I would request all online shoppers like me to be BEWARE of HS18 as they are big cheats and most of the products sent, especially toys are all Made in China and are of very cheap quality. Once I ordered a toy scooter for my daughter from HS18 for 1200/- Rs and the same product was available in the local market for 700/- Rs.
There is huge price difference between the market rate and the rates shown on HS18. In India, online shopping is still a big fraud, so all of you please check the market before buying from HS18. In case you get something faulty, then you will have keep calling their customer care to get your issue resolved.
Pathetic service and very cheap quality stuff.
