This is my second product purchase on Homeshop18 online store.I have purchased a mini scooter to gift to my kid for Dec'25th. The product delivered on 17th Dec and found that the product is different what I have ordered and shown on web site.
So immediately, I have raised the complaint on their site regarding this and requested them to send the right product or asked them to refund in form of any voucher/credit note.
I called customer care on 18th and informed the same to them and they said that is possible to refund or send the correct product by 24th Dec. But they need to check with their concerned dept. After that there is no response. On 19th again, I put a comment on the complaint saying that product code what I have ordered and the product code what I have received. But still no update.
On 20th Dec again, I asked for an update, but no response. On 21st today, I have called customer care and after talking to 3 min, she said, she is forwarding the call to supervisor Ajay. I talked to Ajay for a min, and not sure the call got disconnected. Again I called to customer care, and this time I asked the executive to forward the call directly to Ajay., He took the compalaint number and asked to wait for a min, he said he is forwarding the call and disconncted the call.
It is very bad expereince and I feel they are cheating the customers. As per their policy they should come back with a proper response within 48 hours. But still there is no response. As per their policy, the product can be returned within 3 days after purchasing.

Even some of my colleagues also have some bad experience with this ite. After somany followups, their concern has resolved. Not surw this is homeshop18 habbit to bother customers.
