I am sorry to say, its worthless talking to homeshop18 guys on phone when the can't give a satisfactory answer or status of the shipment. How disgusting is it that in this era of competition when other peers deliver a product within 2 days and replaces/gets returned it within 24 hrs homeshop18 takes 10 days. How these people still doing business I wonder. To my surprise, when their customer care boy answering the call told me he could not do anything when I wished to cancel my order.told me that I can't cancel my order once I made a request for replacement. Now I wanted to go outstation and if goods arrive with defects again how can I return it within 48 hrs if I am not present to receive and check the product. While other sites provide facility to instant return/cancel order option after order, you have to raise a ticket or call the customer care again and again for this very simple work.
This will be the last purchase from homeshop 18.
