I ordered a Maxima watch for Gifting purpose on the 7th of this month. I was informed today by homshop18 that the order has been cancelled since they don't have it in stock anymore. This is the second time in the last few months they have cancelled the order. Their website said product was in stock when I ordered it.
I called their customer support and informed them about my displeasure regrading the same and told her I won't shop from their website. Her response was " No problem! don't shop from us". Instead of apologizing to the customer she had the audacity to tell me don't shop from them. Their customer service is pathetic. I understand product can go out of stock but the reply from customer care was more pathetic.
Instead of assuring the customer about better service in the future they want to get rid of his call. While I was still conversing with her she abruptly ended call saying " thanks for calling homeshop18 ". I have dealt with many online websites but this was perhaps the worst interaction I had with customer care. I don't want to make the name of the Customer care rep public but if any homeshop18 people reading this review wants the name of the rep PM me I will give you the details.
Homeshop18 seems to be all about advertisement but their service stinks.
4 months back one of my orders was cancelled by them and they said they will send me a 100rs voucher for my inconvenience but they never sent it. I never followed regarding it since I didn't wanted to deal with their unprofessional customer service reps.
This is my last shopping from them and I will let all my friends and peers know about homeshop18 so they stay away from them.
