Hi, I am using homeshop18 from last 2 years, I never faced any problem. As compare to other online shopping websites I found homeshop18 is trustworthy website and reliable too.
My personal experience with home shop 18 is given below:
Product quality: I bought Jeans, artificial ear rings for my friend, basic mobile for grandmother and so on. If I take a look of all my previous orders in two years I want to say product quality is best, you will get whatever you read in description on homeshop18 . As I mentioned I am regular customer of homeshop 18 and I ordered so many things but I never feel that this website compromise with quality of products and I never feel cheated on this website. Furthermore if compare with other website like naaptol this is best online shopping I would say .
Customer service: Apart from product quality big concern is customer service. we always have big question whenever we want to shop online from any online website for the first time. let me tell you my experience with homeshop18.com .Once I ordered jeans blue color 32 inch waist size,when I got my jeans then I try it then I feel it so much tight then what, I just call to homeshop18 customer care and ask them that which jeans I ordered and I get its size is unfit very tight, so I want to exchange jean with 34 inches waist size then they let me know the procedure and I followed same procedure and I returned that jeans on given address .After that I get 34 inches Jeans so overall can say it has very good customer care service, you no need to worry for that.
Delivery time: Most of the time it mention 10 to 15 days but you will get your order before 10 days, most of times I received my orders with in 8 or 10 days .During special occasion it takes 15 to 20 days like diwali,new year it takes more time because during that time this website get so many orders that's why.
App and website: Both app and website works fine but I mostly use website on desktop to order something .it depends on your choice which you like to use .
Reliability: Of course it is reliable online website where you can get good quality products at low price .I would recommend to everyone.
