This had been an issue for me a long back where I ordered a cookware set of 5 with a freebie of water bottle with it and I received a four piece cookware set. After stating the problem they agree on return terms and replacing it with the original product. But the location where I was residing was at Choudwar, Cuttuck, Odisha and It do not come under return pickup address for their seller serviceability .Hence I was given a false promise by their customer executive that whatever the charges will be,It will be reimbursed to me irrespective of the charges at first. Hence I returned the wrong product with Blue Dart courier bearing a total cost of Rs 3000 levitated on the shipment to send it to its seller place situated at Delhi. After sending it I received the replacement new product same as the previous returned product that is the same four piece of cookware set and with no freebie. Then same concern after stating to their customer care they as usual apologized for the inconvenience and enlightened me on another new headache problem to me that the amount which I spend on sending the wrong product cannot be given because their policy has a clause that only 10% of the shipment value will be reimbursed to me. Then I just simply hang my call and kept the wrong product. After 3-4 days they called me back and again apologized me and asked me to return the product and would definitely will replace it with me concern required product and also arranged a third party courier pick up service. I did what needed to be done and I received the replacement product;and guess what,I received the same wrong product again. I just simply Kept the product and with frustrated and anger I did not called them back.This is my experience.
