I received a faulty mobile 1 week back from HS18. and I called customer care. they said we'll call you after 3 days and then we'll replace mobile(Don't know why they take 3 days, really pathetic).
After 3 days they gave a missed call(literally 2 seconds, which can't be answered) and if I try to call them back, nobody picks it. I called customer care again, now they say we'll call you after 48 hrs. Then again I was waiting for call and again they gave another 2 seconds missed call. What a pathetic service. If you can't run a business simply go out of market instead of looting customers.
