I had purchased Spice phablet after spending INR 7000; I was taken by the good advertisement which showed that product has been thoroughly tested by team; all features are working fine; based on Homeshop18 promise bought the phablet.
The product was delivered on time; as mentioned it was new product; after that everything went wrong.
Phone volume and speaker quality is worse than INR 700 phone; video calling does not function; it gives a loud shrieking sound.
I tried to contact the representative; twice was given wrong Spice helpline number; will try once more; after that will raise it in consumer court for delivering a non performing product.
