Hi friends, I am sharing my pathetic experience with homeshop18 of many orders placed with them for giving holi gifts to family& friends but most turned out to be damaged& defective. They were delivered after long delay& I had to make repeated calls.


Now they have denied return pick up for one& still two refunds are stuck even when they took bank details on the 25th march, please I would never recommend anyone to shop from them.


I received two orders by gati courier on the 23rd evening after repeated calls made to them for its delivery.


Both of them have turned out to be defective and damaged. The roti maker(order no. 989399265, sub order no. 124843495) doesnt even have the lever required to press it for roti making.


Its really shocking to see that the seller is located in the same pin code as mine which is 110059. Then also it has taken the order ten days to reach me.why so?


The other one was a combo of pressure cooker by diamond(sub order no. 124906327) its doesnt have idli stand, kadhai& tawa pan also the bill is missing from it.


Really pathetic quality of product as cooker handles unable to get fixed and sauce pan part where handle needs to be fixed is broken.


Today morning around 9:30, I got a call from your executive Hem lata who doesn't have manners to talk. She said that roti maker is not yet received at your end but I have already updated tracking id by mail and call too.


She was so rude that she asked me to confirm from courier person.


Is it customer's duty to track your orders? Why are harassing an ill person? I am not even able to write this mail, its written by my wife on my behalf.


She also told me that a person handling social media cases would call me, ask him to call after 5 pm and arrange reverse pick up of Diamond pressure cooker asap.


You people have deliberately blocked my and my wife's number from your toll free numbers. Even we don't want to order from such bogus company any more.
