I am sharing real experience of mine; I had worked in this company as a sales executive. I want to tell the reality of products sold through Home shop 18. This company is not having tie up from direct manufacturers, it ties up with distributors who used to stock the products from manufacturers and keeps the rejected lot, and then this lot is being sold through Home shop 18.
I have seen this from my eyes. I left the job due to this reason only. Customers were totally frustrated from the defective products sold to them, their cases were on hold from 6 months to 1 year, and still their cases were not resolved, they keep calling us, and our team leader suggested us to give fake and vague answers to them just to wrap the call.
Guys never buy product from Home Shop 18, their policies are too bad, and they do not give reverse pick up, and never refund your money.
