I have been shopping with homeshop18 for years, initially it was a good experience.


Last 4 times they showed me hell. Last time I ordered 5 Zoha Sarees, they delivered 4 and that too not even one same design as shown on TV. I asked to give me the right product. After one week I got the call that it was out of stock. I asked to return my money and they took 3 months to return after minimum 50 calls.


This time, I booked Lotus hamper and did online payment. I got the message that payment is not received(but amount was debited from my account) so order stays cancelled. I called customer care to confirm and reordered(Cash on delivery). I received the product in 3 days but still my money was not back in my account. After one week, these people sent me the same product saying that your payment was cleared. Someone from my family received it by fault and now I am really fighting to return the courier and waiting for my money.


Best part is they have a call logged 105301847 without wrong description. Every time I call them to tell the long story and then they say SORRY. No action taken yet.They are not even asking me to send the product through private courier. Disgusting people.
