Although Homeshop18 offers attractive deals on products but its customer service is fake.It took nearly 6 days for product to reach to their customer.so their delivery time is very much more than snapdeal, amazon and flipkart. I have recently bought electrolux grilled microwave oven from homeshop18.I found the product to be defactive.I have called homeshop18 customer care number so many times but they didnot respond to my call sriously.When ever I called them to replace my product, they told me to contact the electrolux service centre.I donot know why they say 7days replacement warranty.
