Nova Roti Maker N1124, Dry Iron N108 & Atta Maker. I want you to look into the matter as the product is not at all good and waste of money. The rotis made are all like rubber. Its not that we are not able to use it, but the quality of roti made is hard to resist. For me its a waste now.
I would suggest people not to purchase it. I sent it as a gift at my home, but was waste. When I went back home and found that nobody was using it, as the rotis are inedible. I dropped a mail also, but there was no response.
Even I wrote a review on Homeshop18 website, but again no response. I believe this could be reported to Nova Company. I appreciated the service earlier, but think Homeshop18 lost a customer here.
