Having shopped on almost all major online retailers in India I can honestly say that homeshop18 along with seventy mm would be right there amongst the very worst of them all.
Unlike other websites who ship from their own warehouse where they have some sort of quality checks to ensure that customers do not end up with shoddy items, homeshop18 ships directly from the vendor.
I was unfortunate enough to place an order for a couple of mesmerzed bed-sheets from homeshop18. I received one of the bed-sheets yesterday. I am mesmerized by the appalling quality of the material. I am mesmerized that there is some stain all over the bed-sheet. I am mesmerized that someone has scribbled all over the bed-sheet with a pen.
I am a very reasonable man and am willing to live with the fact that when you shop online for a product the quality & colour of the product may not be on par with your expectation but I am not willing to accept rag in exchange for money.
I have a couple of old shoes that I was planning to give away. Now I think I should rather become a vendor with homeshop18 and ship it off to some customer.
