I ordered a casio watch(order # 948400399) on 07-Jul-14. It got delivered to me after 10 days, on 17-Jul-14, that too after few phone calls. The delivered product is not working. The half of the digital display in the watch is not working. I have been calling casio for the last 3-4 days to return this product. Very poor response so far. Hope I am able to return the product or get a new product.
