I have shopped with hopeshop18 several times. But with time their services and quality of product has deteriorated to ZERO! recently I placed an order online. they sent me the wrong product and hence they said they will refund me through cheque. Since my bank account is in my maiden name I asked them to send me the cheque in that name and also mailed them the required documents. but still they sent me the cheque in the wrong name. when I complained again they said I will have to make arrangements myself to return the cheque to them and send all the required documents once again. this is ridiculous. They commit the mistake and then make their customers suffer!
