Once I purchased a Spice mobile from Homeshop18.com
The phone I got in the box was unsealed. It was a used product. Seal was broken and when I inserted my Sims in the phone, It was showing just 1 sim.
So 2nd sim slot was not working.
I immediately called to customer care no. and asked them to replace or return my phone. They told me that we have registered your complaint and we will call you in next 48 hours.
But they did not call me. After 2 days I called them again and got the same ans.
After that I registered an online complaint but they said we don't have a reverse pickup service on your location. You pack the item and send us via courier by your own expenses.
Now my question is - What is the guarantee if I courier the product and won't get a new one then what will I do?
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and I don't recommend this website to anyone
