Dear friends kindly don't trust HOMESHOP18 for their nonsense offers, pathetic service and awful customtakeouter handling strategies. Ordering anything from such frauds will only ruin your mood and spoil your festive season, I have already suffered and the harassment is still on. I used their online services and order a Table top Griller and what I receive is a piece of garbage which is badly damaged, half painted, incomplete and much more different than the product I saw on their website.
The customtakeouter care agents provide you the local dealer's no. which turns out to be some courier boy's no. whom we have to beg to come and collect the product in order to receive the ABW no.(to be submitted @ customtakeouter care) to proove that we have returned the product and want to have a replacement .im fighting for this problem from 29sep and no results yet. The FRAUDS are just not ready to give me my product or my money. Everytime I make a call @ cust. care I get a new case no., endless excuses as if I have taken something from them and should keep shut.
The online feedback form's results are much more irritating. The agents callback at 9:30 PM n says "Mam you will receive the delivery by today, plz dont worry!" OMG! SHOULD I EXPECT A MIDNIGHT DELIVERY?
HOMESHOP18 is a Fraud and the agents are already expert in lyin n lyin n lyin.
7 to 8 working days delivery my foot! Give me 24hrs and you are receiving a letter from my lawyer.i will make sure that you pay my money back with full interest, my phone call bills(made due to your blunder), for harassing me and for wasting my time.
