This is by far ONE of the BIGGEST malls i have ever been too!! hands down!!...this mall has floors dedicated to different products and furniture's. Its really long and really big in size.
You have to see it to believe it. Starting from cushions to kitchen utensils to clothes to electronics- ezone to beds and chairs and dinner tables to bathrooms.
I mean the list goes on and on and on!!...and alll of this under ONE roof!! People in kolkata have been to "Big Bazaar" and they have seen the normal malls with just enough space...but this is one is like a titanic!
I have bought things from this mall and they are really very good, what you see is what you get! not broken or seats soiled ...it's always in good condition. The other thing which i like about this shop is the behaviour of the people of this particular "Home Town" in Rajarhat. These people who show you around really help you a lot to choose and they are really well behaved. Unlike some other malls or shops.
These people are really professional! they will always give you the right date of delivery and on that day they will come to you're house and deliver the product, without asking for "bakshish" ...and generally you pay the bakshish when you pay for the product in hometown itself, so that these people who come to unload the product later, they cannot ask for more!! i/am extremely happy about that..
Many other malls or stores, you will see if you buy a certain product they will take ur number...but they tend to give this number to other people who will call u up to buy accessories which wasnt the part of it. You do not give them you're personal number so that they can give it to others for making business and when you ask them about it they said they never gave the number to anyone else....The fact is the numbers are given for them(the store or mall) to contact and not for the other person to contact!..But with this mall, i have neer faced this problem!! this hometown mall in rajarhat is the best till date!
