We bought a 4 door wardrobe for Rs 39000 on 16th Oct 2010. We were told that it would be delivered within 48 hrs and within a further 48 hrs someone would contact us to take an appointment for assembing the wardrobe.
The wardrobe was delivered on Oct 23rd 2010 after many phone calls. On 26th Oct a fitter came to assemble the wardrobe. It was unpacked by him and 5 locks for the wardrobe were found missing. They had not been sent with the wardrobe.
The wardrobe has been assembled without the locks and there are 5 large holes where the locks should have been. In spite of repeated phone calls were are still waiting for the locks. Today is Nov 8th and after repeated phone calls we have been told that we have to wait till Nov 12th when they may have some information for us on the availability of locks or fitter.
We are unable to use the wardrobe. Our money is locked up in an unusable piece of furniture and our time is being wasted every day in making phone calls to a call center. We regret buying from Hometown.
