Made two purchases from hometown in the last two months. A shower panel and a recliner. They delivered the recliner in over a month and half despite repeated reminders. The piece was faulty and now despite multiple calls and chase ups they refuse to service the requirement.
As of the shower panel, they first delivered the wrong product and then replaced it with a broken piece. Yet again multiple follow ups but no response. Infact they do not even provide a customer complaint no and act amnesic every time you call back, thus never acknowledging customer complaints.
Bad product, experience and downright pathetic delivery cycles.
