I booked a 6 seater dining set from Hometown on 21st May and the item was due for delivery on 1st June. The guy from hometown called and told me that the product cannot be delivered on 1st but will be delivered on 2nd June. The item didn't come on 2nd as well, when followed-up, the customer care said it can't be delivered on 2nd rather 3rd June.
3rd June, the guys came but with chairs only and the delivery guy causally said that the dining table has been delivered to someone else and he will get it in some time. After the dining table was also delivered, the delivery guy informs me that the installation will happen in 48 hrs(this was never informed me while selling the item at the store). and the next day being a Sunday, the installation cannot be done.
Total harassment and unprofessional behavior from hometown. I think this was my first and last purchase with them.
