Worst Experience Ever Never buy from them. Review on Home Town, Bangalore

Purchased the dining table in Jan and received it in March. And within few days of using the chairs the hinges started coming apart. Complaining since May calling hometown showroom, customer care and going to the showroom no response. The technicians come home and take pictures and then tell that we will come back in a week.

Then they update issue solved without even fixing the chairs. We were just tired of calling them. Finally on 17th October, more than 5 months later they fixed the hinges and two days later the chair broke. We are asking them to replace the product but they are refusing. What about the Rs.20000/- loss incurred to us? Not to mention the amount of money spent of phone calls. The product has one year guarantee, and within a month of getting the product and within days of repairing the product is broken. and they refuse to replace it. I just feel they are trying to push one year. I won't give up, I will seek redressal in consumer court. They won't get away with it. Do they expect us to just give it up?

Another chair broken down. Luckily nobody is hurt. are they waiting for people to break their head.

Below are the pictures. The first picture is after the repair, one can see in the top left corner of the chair. And the second is of the hinges, all 8 hinges of 4 chairs came apart. They are very poor quality 2mm hinges. One of their technicians who visited our place informed us that the r doesn't have very good support and nothing can be done about it.
