I recently purchased a sofa set (3 + 1 + 1) at the stupid stores against order # 2004009925 for Rs 28, 000. The irresponsible guys there as usual promised delivery in 48 Hours. I waited for 5 full days but the delivery never happened. Finally, I spoke to the deputy manager who promised to arrange the delivery.
To my horror, on 10 Oct they delivered the 1+1 seaters in my absence and the delivery guys pretended they knew nothing but came to deliver what was given to them by thier warehouse.
I started making follow up calls, almost 5 times everyday, Everytime a different person used to answer the call, blink for sometime and then take the advance receipt number of my order, and tell me that since there is some problem with their systems they cannot track the order but will verify and will call me after some time. They never bothered to call back.
I finally went to the stores on 20 Oct and met the so called deputy manager again who tells me choose some other product with the same price and he will arrange immediate delivery. I decided enough is enough and decided to go for refund. The guy finally agreed to arrange the refund after he picks back the delivered 1+1 seaters. He promptly arranged to pick the 1+1 the next day.
Since 22 Oct I have been calling this deputy manager who had something or the other as excuse and finally started saying they have already initiated the credit reversal (I had partially paid through my debit card) and was blaming my bank. Last 5 days back he promised to call me back and provide the credit reversal details and till now he never called back. I have been trying to call him and he has stopped answering my calls. These guys know nothing about customer service and fit to be kicked out. They are a bunch of cheats
I warn all readers to make note and pass on this message to avoid getting cheated.
