Today, I received my table + 6 chairs. I had earlier booked the item from Bangalore Central (Jayanagar) on 14th Nov by paying 50%. The delivery date was 29th Nov. On 21st I got another call from them to make the remaining payment, as the delivery date is advanced to 24th. I went to BC and paid the remaining amount. Today, 24th, the delievry person called me by morning and he wanted to deliver the item by morning, but I insisted that they should deliver by evening. At 5pm, the table + chairs got delivered.
Also, the fitter guy called me by after noon (3pm), that, he would come by evening to fit the table + chair. They came to my flat, as soon as the table + chair got delivered. Within 6.30pm, my table + chair were fitted and placed nicely. Everything went on smoothly. Thanks to Home town.
The table + chairs are made of rubber wood. I do not know, how long are they going to last, but the items are good and exactly the same as I wanted. There were no scratches/ dents none.
I do not know, if everybody gets the same treatment from home town, but my experience was good (or very good).
