I had very bad experience with Home Town, I bought mandarin wall unit and a office chair in the Marathalli Branch.
They delivered the product nearly after one month, once they delivered the product fitters came to assemble and said delivery guys wrongly delivered one of the cartons, after lot of follow up made the right carton to be delivered.
To make it worse home town fitters made my life miserable by not fitting the product properly.The mandarin wall unit I can see all the joints not properly fitted could see lots of gaps in between, even they made me to pay some 200 bucks for their remarkable work. once they went when opened one of the draw it come with my hand.
The other product office chair, they assembled very poorly after one week I fell down and got injured when I checked the fitter not used all the nuts, used one bolt/nuts where many required.
I recollect the fitters name is Joseph, by any chance if that guy comes to your home make sure that guy works properly, these dont want to work but want to make some bucks, still these guys are employed.
