I ordered (paid the full amount) couple of household stuff from their showroom in Marathahalli on 30 Oct 2009. They took 2-3 days to deliver one of the item (I was promised that it will be delivered the next day) in a carton and the stuff lay in my main hall for another 3 days.
Finally a guy turned up (after my repeated calls to theie helpline everyday) to find that the lock for the item (it was a multipurpose cupboard) is damaged. As suggested by the fitter, I raised a complain and I was promised resolution within 4 working days (which is not yet happened!!).
The second carton came in a weeks time on a Saturday morning and I waited for the next three days expecting to get a call from the fitter (which again never happened!!) After repeated calls to their helpline, the fitter turned up only to find that the glass that came in the carton was not of the right size and needs a replacement.
And I call the helpline (again!!) and they raise another complaint for the replacement and promise me resolution in 4 days (that was almost a week before now!). A frustrated me again calls up the helpline today and the guy at the other end says 'action has been taken; will be completed in 3 days';
It is really frustrating to see that the service that the store provides is pathetic, even after the customer paying the full amount for the product in advance. They show least respect to the time/money of the customer when it comes to service. I STRONGLY recommend people from purchasing from the store (unless they have unlimited time/patience at their hands ofcourse). The one good thing for newhome buyers is that you get everything you need for your home under one roof, that comes with a price!
