I booked this hotel recently during october 2019, the details of the booking you can see in the picture uploaded
So I booked my room in this hotel, went around 10: 30 to it, and at time of check-in the manager took some extra amount from me for checking in early, so I paid around 1550-1650 to him, I asked him for invoice then he said that he will provide it during check out, so I said okay. In actual rules of oyo, he wrongfully charged that money from me.
Now I was shown Room 101 , the room was very bad in condition, floor was broken, ceiling had cracks, ac was very old, and toilet was dirty and you can see dead cockroaches were there
I asked the manager to change the room as nothing was given to me as promised by OYO, room was completely different as on oyo app pictures than reality.
Bathtub was not there, manager was rude. I thought of contacting oyo support, but when I opened my app the booking was shown cancelled I don't know how. Then I contacted oyo general support, told my issue, the support person said that he talked to manager and I have to resolve the issue with him, but manager was the problem and he was very rude. I don't know how that hotel has good rating on OYO APP. I LEFT THE ROOM WITHIN 4-5 HOURS OF STAY, AFTER PAYING SUCH AMOUNT.
I wasn't provided invoice when asked by manager, didn't got water bottle, proper toiletries, nothing. MY MONEY WAS ALL WASTED, AND FELT VERY BAD AND HELPLESS. DECIDED NEVER EVER TO USE OYO AGAIN
Till now oyo hasn't provided any solution to me, nor I got any of my penny back.
